Rockstar Silver Ice (Everything You need to Know)

Rockstar Silver Ice (Everything You need to Know)

In order to keep Pure Zero in their line of drinks, Rockstar created another variant in a new cool flavor. It’s called the Rockstar Pure Zero Calorie Silver Ice Energy Drink, and it’s available at multiple retailers.

Even better, the formulation of this low-calorie energy drink has no sugars or carbohydrates. Rockstar Energy Drink promotes a healthy, active lifestyle and has marketed the new flavor to everyone, from athletes to movie stars.

Keep on reading to find out everything you need to know about Rockstar Silver Ice.

What is Rockstar Silver Ice?

Rockstar Energy’s Pure Zero is a widely used energy drink manufactured in New Zealand and Australia using both domestic and foreign ingredients. The best part is that this delicious beverage is sugar-free.

Guarana, ginseng, and ginkgo are all the gluten-free herbal components included in Rockstar. It’s been scientifically designed to provide individuals on the go, like endurance athletes and pop superstars, a quick burst of energy.

The can contains an impressive 240 milligrams of caffeine. The rapid increase of caffeine concentration in the drink is excellent news for caffeine enthusiasts since it would mean receiving more of the amazing advantages of caffeine without sacrificing the drinks’ flavor.

Even though Silver Ice has a lot of caffeine in it, it doesn’t have a harsh energy hit. Furthermore, if you’re taking Silver Ice, you still need to adhere to a few rules when it comes to your dietary consumption. More about this later.

Rockstar Silver Ice Ingredients

Below is a list of ingredients in a can of Rockstar Silver Ice.

  • Carbonated Water
  • Taurine
  • Caffeine
  • Inositol
  • Vitamins (B3, B5, B6, B12)
  • Panax Ginseng Root Extract
  • Guarana Seed Extract
  • Ginkgo Biloba
  • Acidity Regulators (Citric Acid, Sodium Citrate)

Silver Ice contains erythritol, Ace-K, and sucralose, which are all artificial sweeteners. These three artificial sweeteners are utilized to give the drink its unique sweet flavor, which seems to be a success since there is just a little bit of aftertaste.

Is It Bad to Drink Two Rockstar Silver Ice in a Day?

Unfortunately, it is not advisable to drink two or more Rockstar Silver Ice a day. Note that each can contains 240 mg of caffeine, so drinking two cans of it may lead to adverse effects.

Although energy drinks have been shown to improve attention and awareness, it has been discovered that consuming huge amounts of them can cause hand palpitations and agitations.

Consuming below 400 milligrams of caffeine each day for a healthy individual, according to the FDA, is safe; however, taking any more than that may result in many negative consequences. Excessive intake of any drug or chemicals is harmful and, in extreme instances, life-threatening

Drinking a lot of caffeinated beverages, not just energy drinks, has negative effects on your health. It’s possible that they can lead to:

  • A rise in heart rate and blood pressure
  • Severe dehydration
  • The development of anxiety
  • Disrupted sleep patterns
  • Digestive problems

Knowing about the dangers of immoderate daily caffeine intake, I highly recommend that you restrict your energy drink consumption to one or a maximum of two cans each day—if the energy drink you will take has a light caffeine concentration.

Make sure that you drink caffeinated beverages in moderation and not more than four times a week, if not necessary. You can watch the video below to know more about the side effects of caffeine!

If you want to know more about the side effects of caffeine on your body, watch this video.

Rockstar Silver Ice Review

Despite its high caffeine content, I had a wonderful first-time experience with Rockstar Silver Ice and did not suffer any crashes despite its high caffeine levels.

I liked the light flavor with hints of citrus, it’s very fresh and appealing at any time of the day. The flavor isn’t very strong, either so I don’t think it would be off-putting for most consumers.

Silver Ice can give you a high amount of caffeine without tasting so much bitterness in its flavor. You can have an incredible experience by having it in your body for the first phase, and you still won’t have jitters but feel more alert and focused.

The effects may start to wear off after having it for about 4-5 hours, but the good news is, there’s no big slump afterward!

As previously stated in the first few sections, drink Silver Ice in moderation to fully enjoy all its benefits. If you drink it all at once and in a frequent manner, expect a jittery feeling and a lot of unnecessary energy spikes.

Alternatives to Rockstar Silver Ice

If Rockstar Energy Pure Zero Silver Ice didn’t have much effect on you, well, you need to try other Rockstar flavors!

Rockstar Fruit Punch

More commonly known as Rockstar Punched, this variant has the intense energy mix of Original Rockstar but with a delightful guava punch taste. It is available in various sizes, but all are equally enjoyable, gently carbonated, best served cool.

A 16 ounce can of Rockstar Punched has 140 calories and 31g of sugar, which is quite too much if you ask me. But, to balance all that, a can of Fruit Punch also contains vitamins B12 and riboflavin, as well as Panax ginseng, guarana seed, Ginkgo Biloba, and other nutrients making it a worthy alternative to Silver Ice.

Rockstar (Original)

Compared to the Rockstar Silver Ice variant, which has 240 mg of caffeine per 16-ounce can, the Original Rockstar Energy Drink has 160mg in the same serving.

In addition to caffeine, Rockstar Energy Drink also has a number of herbs, such as Panax ginseng, Ginkgo biloba, Milk thistle extract, and Guarana seed, all of which work together to produce the energy-boosting effects of the drink.

Unfortunately, the Original variant contains 122 calories and 26g of sugar, unlike the Pure Zero variant, which is calorie-free and sugar-free.

If you’re looking for more high-caffeinated energy drinks that may satisfy your tastes, here are some that I think most people will like!

REIZE (The Best)

You’re worried about the caffeine content in Rockstar, aren’t you? Why risk it? Give REIZE a go.

REIZE gives you the option to comfortably consume more than one energy drink each day without exceeding any sugar or caffeine intake restrictions.

The most outstanding feature of REIZE is that you can have it shipped right to your home for just around $1 per drink.

Bottomline

There is just no denying that the Rockstar Energy Drink consistently innovates and comes in a variety of refreshing flavors, one of which is Silver Ice that can give you the boost you are looking for without the sugar and carbohydrates.

It contains components that are known to increase energy levels, such as vitamins and extracts. However, you may want to reconsider your decision before having it because of its high caffeine content.

One single serving of Rockstar Energy will be plenty to provide you with the high energy boost you need for the day.

To avoid the adverse effects of ingesting too much caffeine, you should be cautious with your caffeinated drinks. But if you don’t want to constantly monitor your caffeine intake and still want to have an extra boost in energy, REIZE may be the perfect one for you.
