X-Gamer Ingredients

X-Gamer would not be complete without the following ingredients:

  • Dextrose Monohydrate
  • L-carnitine
  • L-tyrosine
  • Maltodextrin
  • Malic acid
  • Citric acid
  • Flavorings
  • Colorings
  • Sucralose (Artificial Sweetener)

Although the amount of these ingredients is not stated on their nutrition facts, I think the manufacturers didn’t put much to cause harmful effects on your body. Besides, they are also aware that the FDA strictly requires a Nutrition Facts label in any product.

X-Gamer Energy Drink Flavors

X-Gamer has a wide array of flavors you can choose from:

  • Sun Beam
  • Bluenitro
  • Razzberry
  • Mega Mango
  • Black Metal Berry
  • Nuke Fusion
  • Horus
  • Hyper Berries
  • Dr. Beast
  • Sour Cherry Twist
  • Cape Town
  • King of Banana
  • Powercrush
  • Hydrastorm
  • Nightshade
  • Zomberry

What Does X-Gamer Energy Drink Taste Like?

I bet looking at that list of flavors made you dizzy. Don’t worry, here’s my opinion on a few of them!

Take, for example, the Fuzzberry and Zomberry Flavor. Well, their flavors are berry-inspired. However, they differ in strength.

The Fuzzberry has a more berry-like taste than the Zomberry. Nevertheless, they’re both pleasant to drink, especially if you’re a fan of berries.

You can also go with their banana flavor that will make you remember how banana-flavored candies taste way back to your childhood. It’s enjoyable and nostalgic.

Out of all the flavors, I find Nightshade the least attractive, simply because it tastes like a bitter grapefruit to me.

The Mega Mango and Sour Cherry Twist is my favorite taste. A excellent thing about both of them is the sour-to-sweet flavor balance. I’ll share with you later, but it tastes quite similar to my go-to energizer.

I know you have your own preferences, but half the fun is trying out their very diverse lineup! I’m not saying you should try them all, but if you have the budget and you’re pretty adventurous as well, then why not?

This video will give you an idea of how every flavor tastes. Don’t miss it!

Is X-Gamer Sugar-free?

Yes, X-Gamer is sugar-free. I mentioned earlier that X-Gamer has a sweet taste as well. You might be wondering where does its sweetness comes from?

Well, X-Gamer uses artificial sweeteners. So even though it lacks sugar, you still get a tingle of sweetness from it. Luckily, there are also lots of benefits you can get with artificial sweeteners.

About its safety, even though it’s synthetic, sucralose is FDA approved. Here are some known benefits of sucralose:

  • Sweetness without sugar: This one is probably the most common use that an artificial is known for. It’s quite cost-effective.
  • Calorie control: Because it doesn’t have any sugar, it also means it doesn’t contain many calories. Natural sugar has calories, and it significantly affects your diet.
  • Diabetics/pre-diabetics: Artificial sweeteners won’t make your insulin levels fluctuate, which means this is also safe for you if you have diabetes.

According to this article, you should only consume 24g of sugar per day if you’re a moderately active female. In case you’re a male, you have to take less than 36g. You shouldn’t exceed this limit to avoid some sugar-related side effects, such as the following:

  • Headaches
  • Irritability
  • Fatigue
  • Difficulty on focusing
  • Feeling jittery or anxious
  • Feeling shaky or dizzy
  • Hunger
  • Bloating

On the other hand, using artificial sweeteners have also its downsides. One reason is using artificial sweeteners might lead you to take more of X-Gamer. While you won’t excessively consume sugar, you’ll definitely excessively consume caffeine.

X-Gamer energy drink doesn’t have any sugar content.

How Much Caffeine Does X-Gamer Have?

X-gamer can give you 200mg of caffeine per 10g serving. It’s a decent amount to have in an energy drink, and it’ll definitely give you a quick boost. However, taking more than a mix of X-Gamer can make you feel tired and jittery.

The FDA advises you not to take any more than 400mg of caffeine per day. If you exceed this limit, you may suffer consequences such as:

  • Restlessness
  • Shakiness
  • Insomnia
  • Headache
  • Dizziness
  • Abnormal heart rhythm
  • Dehydration
  • Anxiety
  • Caffeine Dependency

Does X-Gamer Energy Works?

X-Gamer energy drink definitely works as it contains a pretty high amount of caffeine. Caffeine can make you alert and enable your body to cope with a longer workout. However, its effects may be relatively more minor if you have high caffeine tolerance.

Many people resort to energy drinks like X-Gamer for improving focus and physical capability. Even though X-Gamer can offer you a boost temporarily, it’s still a great help to your performance.

Alternative Energy Drinks

If trying X-Gamer does not satisfy your taste and needs, there are other energy drinks that you may try. I’ll discuss these in the next section, and I also put my favorite energy drink on that list.

G Fuel

G Fuel energy drink has only 15 calories per serving. Meanwhile, X-Gamer has 31 calories. G Fuel has only 60mg of caffeine, which is quite low compared to X-Gamer.

G Fuel is also equipped with Vitamin C, E, and vitamins Bs, suitable for your body.

G Fuel is doesn’t contain any sugar, and it has a lot of flavors as well! Like X-Gamer, G Fuel is also gluten-free with extra antioxidants and B-vitamins.

Ghost Gamer

Ghost Gamer is also targeted at gamers. It can give you 150mg of caffeine if you consume two scoops. With this amount of caffeine, you can also use it as a pre-workout energy drink.

Just like X-Gamer, it makes use of sucralose and with low-calorie per scoop.

It’s also gluten-free! If you have sensitive digestion, especially when taking products with gluten, Ghost Gamer might be the perfect drink for you.

REIZE (The Best)

REIZE energy drink is a tasty and effective energy booster! For just around $1 per sachet, you can experience improved concentration and power lift in one.

This was made possible by its various nutrients such as taurine, ginseng, and B vitamins. It is also sugar-free and low-calorie. Aside from that, its 50 mg of caffeine content won’t make you suffer from caffeine overdose.

What I love about REIZE is that it comes in super handy 4g sachets I can take with me anywhere. Most of all, that delicious fizzy flavor just keeps me coming back for more.

However, you shouldn’t consume too many sachets of REIZE per day. It’s better to limit yourself to two to three sachets per day.

Try REIZE now!

Conclusion

The main ingredient in X-Gamer that gives you a head start is caffeine. While the amount of caffeine it has is safe, I suggest you drink no more than one serving per day.

Consuming more than a serving might give you a headache and make you perform worse. On the other hand, if you limit yourself to one serving, it can help you perform at your peak.

While X-Gamer works fine, but for me, REIZE really works better. It has only a minimal amount of caffeine that can provide you with a nice boost.

Anyway, whether you go for X-Gamer or REIZE, just make sure to consume it in moderation.
