X-Gamer: Revealing Caffeine & Ingredient Facts

X-Gamer: Revealing Caffeine & Ingredient Facts

X-Gamer energy drink is one of the staples of the gaming industry. This supplement is designed to give gamers power and focus during their gaming sessions. X-Gamer can help you to push yourself to the limits during the day or at night.

You can get this energy drink in a 600g tube, or in a more popular version, the 10g sachet. It has nutrients and multivitamins that are good for your brain, especially its nootropic amino content.

When it comes to its caffeine content, it can give you 200mg of caffeine per sachet. On the other hand, it doesn’t contain any sugar and has only a few calories.

Read on for a more detailed look at X-Gamer’s caffeine and ingredients!

How Do You Mix X-Gamer Energy Drink?

You can mix a 10g sachet of X-Gamer with 350-500ml of cold water. If you want, you can put in ice cubes for a better experience. It’s easy, just don’t forget to mix it well to avoid residue.

On the other hand, this article claims that putting a lot of ice on your drink can harm your digestion, so while X-Gamer is more tasty and enjoyable if you put lots of ice on it, that maybe not be an entirely good idea.

Nootropics are enhancements that positively affect mind power. They can be in the form of drugs or medications.

A significant number of these can help memory, inspiration, imagination, sharpness, and general intellectual capacity. Nootropics may likewise lessen age-related decreases in mind work.

The nootropics you can find in X-Gamer are L-tyrosine and L-carnitine.

Watch this video on how they specifically work on your brain:

How Much Caffeine is there in X-Gamer?

Each serving of X-Gamer will give you 200mg of caffeine. Caffeine is an effective psychoactive substance, which can affect how your brain works and make changes in thoughts, awareness, and mood. That’s why it’s a pretty common ingredient in energy drinks.

The caffeine in X-Gamer will never fail to provide you with the boost you need when you need it the most. Besides making you alert and energized, here are some more benefits you can get from caffeine:

  • It can help you burn fat
  • It may help you lose weight
  • Can lower the risk of Parkinson’s disease and Alzheimer’s disease

However, it’s not suitable to drink more than one pack of X-Gamer energy drinks per day. Consuming more than 400mg of caffeine in a day can lead to adverse effects. The FDA suggests this standard for your safety.

Here are some symptoms that you may encounter by consuming too much caffeine:

  • Vomiting
  • Hallucinations
  • Confusion
  • Chest pain
  • An irregular or fast heartbeat
  • Uncontrollable muscle movements
  • Convulsions
Coffee beans in a cup.
Watch your caffeine intake.

One serving of X-Gamer gives you 200mg of caffeine, so I highly suggest you cancel your plan of going for another mix on the same day.

After consuming X-Gamer energy drink, the caffeine can stay on your body for the next 4 to 6 hours. This means that after five hours, you’ll still have 100mg of caffeine in your body

This is just one of the reasons why I prefer an energy drink with only 50mg to 100mg of caffeine.

How Much Is Sugar In X-Gamer?

X-Gamer is sugar-free! This energy drink won’t add any calories from sugar to your body. If you’re following a strict diet, you can still consume an X-Gamer energy drink for this reason.

However, to compensate for its lack of sugar, it uses artificial sweeteners to keep it sweet.

Sucralose is an artificial sweetener that replaces sugar and is an additive. It’s around 400-700 times sweeter than sucrose or table sugar.

Best of all, sucralose is endorsed by the FDA to be utilized in food and beverages. Sucralose permits you to control your body weight as they have no calories.

The AHA advises women to consume less than 24g of sugar per day. And men should only have a maximum of 36g of sugar per day. If you consume too much sugar regularly, it can cause obesity and diabetes, as this study claims.

As X-Gamer energy drink uses sucralose instead of sugar, you won’t experience these side effects.

Conversely, you should limit your intake of items containing artificial sweeteners. Otherwise, negative consequences like headaches and sadness might occur.

How Many Calories are in X-Gamer?

Like I’ve said, there are only a few calories you can get from X-Gamer. Each 10g sachet of X-Gamer caffeinated drink gives 31 calories.

Many energy drinks have a sugar content of 10g to 55g and contain more than 100 calories, so X-Gamer energy drink has a pretty low amount compared to them.

Calories are responsible for providing you with energy. However, too many calories that you cannot burn within a day can cause weight gain. I think you should follow the recommended calorie intake per day which ranges from 2000 calories to 2500 calories.

If you’re wondering what other uses of calories are and how much a typical energy drink is, you can read my article at this link.

Is X-Gamer Bad?

In my opinion, X-Gamer energy drink isn’t really bad for you. While it has high caffeine content, its other ingredients make it pretty balanced.

I think it is safe as long as you don’t consume more than one serving of the beverage.

However, if you’re a kid, pregnant, or nursing, you should stay away from X-Gamer energy drink. This is because its caffeine content can be harmful in those conditions.

Just to be sure, consult with a medical professional if you’re concerned about the possible side effects.

Alternative Energy Drinks

While X-Gamer is already a good gaming companion, you might still want to explore something else. Here are other energy drinks I would like you to try.

G Fuel

G Fuel is a powdered energy drink like X-Gamer. However, G Fuel also has a canned version, perfect for you if you’re always in a hurry.

Not only does it have vitamins, but it also has brain-boosting and energy elements.

That said, if you want a caffeinated drink that is both adaptable and can give you a very decent lift, G Fuel most certainly has you covered. It has 140-150mg of caffeine and is also sugar-free.

Bang

Bang has a whopping 300mg of caffeine. This amount is a lot, and drinking one can a day already puts you quite close to the daily caffeine limit.

However, it has various vitamins and contents that go well with its caffeine. Plus it has super creatine too. In fact, it’s the only drink that has it.

This beverage is more like a pre-workout energy drink, in my opinion. However, I know some who use this as their gaming companion as well.

In any case, Bang can give you the energy boost you need.

If you have a high caffeine tolerance, I suggest you go with this one. However, if you’re caffeine sensitive, you should go with my favorite instead.

Other Notable Mentions

Conclusion

Overall, X-Gamer is a great energy drink with various flavors. It also has a lot of nutrients including taurine, L-Tyrosine, vitamins, and sodium.

I like the way its nootropic contents aid the body and make you perform better. Just don’t forget to mix a not-so-icy serving for your digestion’s health.

Also, you shouldn’t consume more than one pack of X-Gamer energy drinks per day. This is because consuming too many packs can lead to caffeine-related side effects.
