Runa Clean Energy Drink: An Honest Review Revealing the Truth

Truth be told, Runa is a great alternative energy drink for it has low calories and sugars, and it has an energy-boosting component that comes from the Amazon forest—Guayusa, a “super leaf”, filled with organic caffeine and antioxidants.

You can be confident that the developers of Runa are committed to giving you clean energy, from their choice of all-natural ingredients, to how they produce and sell their delectable energy drinks. In fact, the environment, the local community, and their workers all benefit from Runa’s social accountability initiative.

What is in Runa Clean Energy Drink?

Organic Guayusa is one of the drink’s seven essential ingredients according to its manufacturer. Runa is a carbonated energy drink that contains twice as many antioxidants as green tea.

Guayusa is to be proven effective in lowering the incidence of diabetes and heart disease while at the same time increasing your overall energy. There are even some people who believe that Guayusa can help in weight reduction.

We all know that caffeine, artificial sweeteners, and sugar are all common components in energy drinks, so we couldn’t ask for anything better when there is an energy drink available on the market that has natural ingredients!

Nutritional Summary of Runa Clean Energy

The data shows that RUNA is low in calories and sugars, making it a healthy alternative to the popular energy beverages today. It gets its energy from the Amazonian super leaf Guayusa, which is a natural caffeine source filled with antioxidants beneficial to your well-being.

The nutrients in Runa may lower blood pressure and reduce any inflammation in the body, among other things. These nutrients are meant to make the drink a more complete and healthy alternative to fizzy drinks.

How Much Caffeine Does Runa Clean Energy Have?

The Guayusa leaves in Runa make up the 150 milligrams of caffeine in the drink. To add to that, Polyphenols and L-theanine in Guayusa provide long-lasting energy and focus without the jitters and sugar crashes common with artificial energy sources.

To put the caffeine content of Runa in perspective, a cup of brewed coffee has around 50mg of caffeine and I believe it is more than enough to keep most people alert for the whole day.

According to the FDA, taking anything more than 400 mg of caffeine a day can cause some adverse side effects. Thus, consuming more than three cans of Runa a day can be dangerous to your health.

Although Runa is composed of natural components, too much of anything is harmful. Limit yourself to just one can of Runa a day to avoid experiencing any symptoms.

Is RUNA Vegan?

There’s no doubt that RUNA energy drinks are gluten and vegan-friendly. Runa’s 150 milligrams of natural caffeine are derived only from the Guayusa plant.

The demand for a little boost in energy is slowly becoming a need more than a luxury nowadays. Thankfully, with Runa’s new recipe and redesigned brand, it’s now easier than ever for folks to get their caffeine fix.

I do not doubt that you will appreciate the organic ingredients and excellent low-calorie flavor of the reformulated Runa.

Runa Clean Energy Review

RUNA gives you an all-natural punch of more potent, cleaner caffeine to combat the drowsiness we usually feel in the afternoon.

However, its taste can be very polarizing. Energy drinks do usually have very sweet and lightly-carbonated flavors, and that’s not really what you’d get in Runa. When I tasted it, it’s very similar to unsweetened tea or even sparkling water. The lime adds a little fizzy zest, but at first gulp, I detected a strong chemical-like aftertaste that I don’t really like.

The watermelon and berry flavors are a bit sweeter, kind of similar to the regular sweetened flavor you’d expect from most energy drink brands.

What I did like is that the caffeine boost did not cause any jitters at all, especially considering that the caffeine content is higher than average. I found the boost to be very refreshing and almost makes up for the off-putting taste.

Alternatives to Runa Clean Energy

Having a better understanding of Runa’s ingredients has prompted me to draw up a list of other organic energy drinks that may be a better fit for you. The last one is my personal favorite, so make sure you consider it.

Maw

Maw Energy is a supplement meant to give players an edge over their competitors in the gaming community. This unique blend of energy and concentration gives you a sugar-free, zero-crash additional boost while improving your skills and ramping up your alertness.

Organic energy drinks, like Maw energy, are easily a better choice because they normally don’t include food colorants, sweeteners, or additives in their formula. You can be certain with Maw that you won’t go over your daily calorie intake since organic energy drinks are minimal in calories.

Maw contains natural caffeine, which is caffeine derived from organic things, such as plants, coffee beans, and tea leaves. Also, because of the caffeine in Maw, which only has 140mg per serving, you won’t experience any jitters or crashes.

Guru

The 8.4 fl. oz can of Guru energy drink includes 100mg of caffeine and has a liquid base of sparkling water. Even though it consists of 80 calories and 21 grams of sugar, it claims that most of its components are organic.

The goal of the creators of Guru energy drink is to create a beverage that would produce a burst of energy without causing any compromise to the health of its drinker. Given that, the 100mg of caffeine in each can of Guru puts it at the low end at the ranking of energy drinks based on caffeine contents.

Despite Guru’s reputation as a superior organic energy drink, it’s important to avoid overdosing on the caffeine in this product. Four cans of Guru will put you over the recommended daily intake caffeine limit, particularly if you’re also consuming coffee or tea.

Celsius

Celsius energy drinks are a great choice if you’re looking for a drink that’s both nutritious and rich in energy-boosting components.

Good news for those who are on a low-carb diet, Celsius is suitable for you. In addition to that, a single can of Celsius has 200 mg of caffeine, 0 grams of sugar, and 10 calories, all of which are designed to keep you alert and concentrated during the day.

Celsius has a calorie count of 10 per serving. Even though it’s not really calorie-free, it nevertheless has a low-calorie content. With just 10 calories, drinking a can of Celsius won’t have much of an effect on your diet.

A pack and a glass of REIZE Energy Drink.
I don’t recommend you do it but drinking 6 servings of REIZE energy drink will not make you go above the daily caffeine limit. That’s how reasonably caffeinated this drink is.

Final Say

In my opinion, Runa does have a lot to offer and I like how much thought went into their organic and beneficial ingredients. However, the flavors may not appeal to everyone.

While all the energy drinks I discussed above may provide you with the energy boost you need for the day but they should only be consumed in small amounts. These beverages are designed to offer you a quick and effortless rush of energy while also delivering vital nutrients to your body to keep you going.

To sum up, if you’re going to consume energy drinks, do it in moderation and stick to the brands I’ve recommended. REIZE is your best bet!
