Outbreak Nutrition FPS Review (7 Out Of 10)

Outbreak Nutrition FPS Review (7 Out Of 10)

In addition to the original blend, Outbreak Nutrition FPS has various versions available, including a noncarbonated version and a caffeine-free version. This beverage has a moderate caffeine content, no sugar, and few calories.

There is also an abundance of vitamins. Overall, I would recommend this to anyone looking for a budget-friendly daily energy drink powder.

Because the two variants are readily mistaken, I thought I’d include a disclaimer.

Outbreak Nutrition is a really potent product with a caffeine concentration of 250mg, and it comes in pretty cool-looking cans. Therefore, this energy drink receives a favorable 7 out of 10 rating from me.

Are you curious about the logic behind this rating? Please read on.

How much caffeine is in Outbreak Nutrition FPS?

The caffeine level of FPS products ranges from 125mg to 250mg.

Caffeine is the main component of energy drinks and provides you with the boost that you need throughout your workout.

I prefer to have 50 to 100mg of caffeine per serving. I find that to be the soft spot as it doesn’t leave me with any jitters.

Although 250 mg of caffeine may not seem like much for most people. However, the case may be different if you’re someone with low caffeine tolerance.

The FDA recommends a caffeine intake of no more than 400mg per day for healthy adults. Going overboard may result in the following health consequences:

  • Dehydration
  • Headache
  • Insomnia
  • Anxiety
  • Restlessness
  • Nausea
  • Irritation

I’ve added a YouTube video showing the adverse effects of caffeine.

Flavors of Outbreak Nutrition FPS

Here are the flavors of Outbreak Nutrition FPS:

  • Battleground Berry
  • Caustic Cola
  • Nuka Fruit

To be honest, this pick isn’t all that impressive. There are only four, and they’re bizarrely titled without a clear theme, making it difficult to predict which flavor you’ll choose.

The average for other brands on the market is 13-20 flavors. G-Fuel, for example, has over 40 flavors, making it one of the brand’s most prominent features.

Outbreak should absolutely step up and broaden its selection to accommodate a broader range of consumers.

Aside from that, I really enjoy their flavors. Battleground Berry is a fan favorite because of its balanced flavor and just the proper amount of sweetness.
