Caffeine Content
As I’ve mentioned before, Razorwire has 150mg of caffeine. If you can handle two to three cups of coffee per day, this amount of caffeine won’t be harmful to your body.
The FDA suggests that your body should take no more than 400mg of caffeine per day. Going above this amount can result in caffeine overdose. And thus, it would make you experience the following problems:
- Headaches
- Dizziness
- Rapid or abnormal heart rhythm
- Dehydration
- Anxiety
Out of all of these symptoms, if you experience an abnormal heartbeat, you should immediately contact your doctor. Or much better if you could rush to the nearest hospital.
Study shows that caffeine overdose can even lead to death. Although this scenario rarely happens, prevention is still better than being sorry.
Sugar Content
Razorwire is 100% sugar-free. Although it still tastes sweet because of an artificial sweetener called sucralose.
For me, the main advantage of sucralose out of all the artificial sweeteners available is that it is 600x sugary than sugar. It also doesn’t have a bitter aftertaste and any additional calories.
Sucralose may be artificial, but the FDA approves this sweetener for general use.

Calorie Content
The calorie in a 5g sachet of Razorwire is only 15!
Calories are essential to your body because it helps keep your heart beating and your lungs breathing. However, you have to keep your calorie intake to only 2,000 a day for women and 2,500 for men.
Razorwire, fortunately, just contains a few calories that you may easily burn off. As an added bonus, the remainder of your day is open for you to consume any food or drink you choose that contains more calories.

Razorwire Energy Drink Alternatives
If you’re not convinced that Razorwire is good for you, you can check these other energy drinks:
Aspire
Aspire is a sugar-free energy drink, which is served in cans of 12 fl. oz. Just like Razorwire, it also uses sucralose for the sweet flavor.
This energy drink has 80mg of caffeine, which is a smaller amount compared to Razorwire. Plus, it has a great combination of amino acids and vitamins.
In short, you can drink a can of Aspire Energy Drink every day. But whether you should drink it every day depends on your tolerance for caffeine and the purpose for which you’re drinking it. If you have no decent reason, you might as well skip this caffeinated beverage for the day.
If you’re following a vegan diet, Aspire energy drinks can easily fit in that diet. If you’re interested to know more, you can look them up in this article.
AMP Energy Drink
If you plan to work out for longer hours, go with AMP energy drink.
Why? It has 220 calories which you can burn for 30 or more minutes if you have an intense workout. Aside from that, it also has 58g of sugar and 142mg of caffeine.
It also has five out of eight B Vitamins, which is already a lot. Unlike Razorwire and Aspire, I cannot recommend this to you if you’re on a diet.
This is because you need to go through intense workout sessions or a lot of physical activities to burn the calories from AMP energy drinks.
REIZE (The Best)
While Razorwire has no sugar and a minimal amount of calories, its caffeine content may not suit you. Personally, I like energy drinks with just enough caffeine but no risks of side effects.
REIZE is a powdered energy drink with 4g sachets, which is a gram less than Razorwire. With a sensible 50mg of caffeine, it’s also wholly sugar-free, having only 11 calories per serving.
Just like Razorwire, it’s sugar-free too, making it a good fit for most diets and lifestyles.
REIZE also contains other nutrients like a blend of taurine, ginseng, and B-group vitamins. These ingredients, when mixed, can give you an awesome power-up without worrying about having a sugar crash.
There’s more. You can get REIZE shipped straight to your door for only about $1 per drink. That’s amazing value for your money.

Conclusion
In my opinion, Razorwire is a pretty good energy drink. It’s zero-calorie, zero-sugar, with only 15 calories per serving got me.
Aside from that, it is packed with B Vitamins that are truly helpful for being active mentally and physically.
That said, 150mg of caffeine is relatively high, so I suggest taking Razorwire only one serving of Razorwire per day. Also, remember to stay away from other caffeinated beverages on those days.
Overall, I can rate Razorewire a 7/10 for its flexibility and nutritional elements.
