How Many Calories Are In Adrenaline Shoc?
A 16 fl.oz can of Adrenaline Shoc Energy contains 0 calories.
Since Adrenaline Shoc doesn’t have any calories, it means you’ll be getting your energy boost from the caffeine and other ingredients in this drink.
The fact that there aren’t any calories in Adrenaline Shoc energy drink is good news if you’re on a diet.
Just as a reminder, the recommended daily caloric intake for healthy adults is about 2000 to 2400 calories for women and 2400 to 3000 calories for men.
Therefore, zero calories means your overall diet won’t be affected at all.
However, you shouldn’t substitute your meals with energy drinks, and if you want to make the most out of your physical performance, you should have a meal alongside Adrenaline Shoc.
Not only will you have plenty of energy and nutrients from your meal, but the caffeine in Adrenaline Shoc will supply you with a good boost to get you going for your workouts.

How Much Caffeine Does Adrenaline Shoc Have?
There’s 300mg of caffeine in Adrenaline Shoc Energy.
Since it’s marketed as a high-performance energy drink, the extra caffeine it has might be beneficial for improving physical performance.
Another thing to note about Adrenaline Shoc is that it’s stated on the label that the caffeine is a natural energy blend that consists of green coffee beans, yerba mate extract, coffee fruit extract and guarana seed extract.
All four of these ingredients are from plants that produce caffeine naturally.
I cover these Adrenaline Shoc ingredients in more detail in this other article. Check it out if you’d like to learn more.
In some ways, the natural energy blend does justify the clean and healthy aspect of Adrenaline Shoc as an energy drink.
Despite that, I don’t recommend chugging an entire can of Adrenaline Shoc in one sitting especially if you’re at all sensitive to caffeine.
Although you’d get a boost from the extra caffeine, unless you have a high caffeine metabolism, you won’t benefit from it and might sooner experience unpleasant side effects instead.
For reference, the FDA recommends that healthy adults stick to less than 400mg of caffeine in an entire day, as excessive caffeine consumption could lead to a caffeine overdose.
Too much caffeine may cause adverse effects like:
- Breathing troubles
Hence, make sure to consume your caffeine in moderation, and avoid having other caffeinated beverages like coffee, tea, and sodas alongside Adrenaline Shoc.
Does Adrenaline Shoc Energy Drink Contain Sugar?
Adrenaline Shoc is completely sugar-free, thus it doesn’t have any sugar at all.
This is great especially if you’re controlling your sugar intake as you don’t have to worry about your daily sugar intake or extra calories that come from energy drinks.
A little sugar; particularly natural sugar from fruits or honey helps to improve your mood and is great as brain food, but too much isn’t healthy for you.
For reference, the AHA recommends that the daily sugar intake for men and women should be no more than 36g and 25g respectively.
Excessive consumption of sugar could also lead to a sugar crash and health problems like diabetes, obesity, and cardiovascular disease in the long run.
Hence, even if Adrenaline Shoc doesn’t contain any sugar, you should still keep an eye on your daily sugar intake and practice a balanced diet overall.
Does Adrenaline Shoc Have Artificial Sweeteners?
Adrenaline Shoc does have artificial sweeteners which are sucralose and acesulfame potassium.
Both sucralose and acesulfame potassium are FDA-approved sweeteners that have zero calories, so you don’t have to worry about accounting for them in your overall diet.
While artificial sweeteners won’t induce a sugar crash, you should still consume them in moderation. Due to inconclusive results in studies, there are concerns about the health issues that artificial sweeteners may cause in the future.
As long as you only drink Adrenaline Shoc when you need an extra energy boost, you don’t have to worry about the effects of these sweeteners.
Essential Amino Acids (EAAs)
Essential Amino Acids (EAAs), as the name implies, are essential components for your wellbeing and overall health, since amino acids build proteins that your body regularly uses.
Adrenaline Shoc contains all 9 of the Essential Amino Acids (EAAs) which are L-histidine, L-isoleucine, L-leucine, L-lysine, L-methionine, L-phenylalanine, L-threonine, L-tryptophan and L-valine.
EAAs have a few benefits:
- Improve mood and sleep
- Boost exercise performance
- Prevent muscle loss
- Promote weight loss
However, the amount of EAAs in Adrenaline Shoc isn’t stated, so it’s quite difficult to say whether they might provide any benefit to you or not.
For what it’s worth, I’ve seen other brands of energy drinks make similar claims about amino acids. However, when I actually tested a sample at a laboratory, the lab didn’t find any traces of most of them.
So, take these sorts of ingredients claims from energy drink brands with a pinch of salt.
Coenzyme-10 is a naturally-produced compound that helps create energy for your cells. One of its main benefits is improving physical performance.
Since oxidative stress can decrease your exercise performance, Coenzyme-10 can counter that oxidative stress by reducing it and enhancing your cellular functions.
Adrenaline Shoc Side Effects
Adrenaline Shoc will unlikely cause any side effects when consumed wisely. The calories, caffeine, and sugar of Adrenaline Shoc are all within the recommended daily limits for men and women.
|Adrenaline Shoc (16fl.oz)||Daily Max Limit (Female/Male)|
|Calories||0 calories||2400 calories/3000 calories|
Having too much sugar isn’t a major concern when it comes to Adrenaline Shoc since it doesn’t have any sugar. With Adrenaline Shoc, a sugar crash is highly unlikely, unless you consume something high in sugar together with it.
However, you need to be careful with your consumption of other caffeinated foods and drinks when you’re drinking Adrenaline Shoc.
With 300mg of caffeine, Adrenaline Shoc is already quite near to the maximum 400 mg caffeine limit per day, and if you’re not careful, you might have too much without even realizing it.
If you only drink Adrenaline Shoc once in a while or only when you really need it, you shouldn’t have to worry too much about experiencing any adverse effects of having too much caffeine.
As a reminder, drinking too much of any brand of energy drinks can lead to adverse effects and health problems in the long run if consumption isn’t controlled.
Below is a video you can watch explaining what happens when you drink too much caffeine:
How Bad Is Adrenaline Shoc For You?
Adrenaline Shoc isn’t as bad as you might think if consumed in moderation, provided you don’t have any pre-existing medical conditions.
All in all, Adrenaline Shoc is quite an alright energy drink and one of the healthier energy drinks that might supply you with a clean energy boost to complement your active lifestyle.
However, Adrenaline Shoc’s extremely high caffeine content isn’t for everyone, especially if you’re a novice to caffeinated beverages or simply have a low tolerance for caffeine.
Though, as long as you only consume Adrenaline Shoc in moderate quantities, you should be safe from experiencing any possible side effects that Adrenaline Shoc may cause.
How Many Cans Of Adrenaline Shoc Can You Have In A Day?
I recommend having only one can of Adrenaline Shoc in a day since it has a rather high caffeine content.
Though a sugar crash is highly unlikely, you still need to watch out for the caffeine in Adrenaline Shoc.
With 300mg, Adrenaline Shoc is only 100mg away from reaching the FDA’s recommended daily caffeine limit of 400mg. Consuming more than one can per day exposes you to the risk of a possible caffeine overdose.
It’s not healthy consuming large amounts of caffeine in the long run either, which is another reason to consume Adrenaline Shoc in moderation.
Thus, I would recommend sticking to no more than one can of Adrenaline Shoc per day, and first discussing with your doctor whether it’s okay to add Adrenaline Shoc to your diet or not.
