Celsius has 200 mg of caffeine, more than double the average black coffee’s caffeine content of 96 mg of caffeine.
This high caffeine content means that Celsius can only be taken twice throughout the day, as the FDA limits caffeine intake for adults to 400 mg.
Remember that when dealing with high caffeine content drinks, you must pay attention to the nutrition facts printed on the side of the container. It is your responsibility to determine when and how many of these drinks you will take.

Can you Replace Coffee with Celsius?
You cannot replace coffee with Celsius because the disparity in their caffeine level is too high.
Moreover, they’re both incomparable, and they do not have that much similarity except that they both energize us.
