Aspartame may trigger headaches, and in the long run, it has been linked to specific health issues such as cardiovascular disease, migraines, seizures, strokes, and intestinal dysbiosis.

Celsius Energy Drink Disadvantages

Celsius contains 200mg of caffeine per can, which leans toward the higher end of the spectrum.

Experts limit individuals only to take two servings of Celsius per day and any other beverages with high caffeine levels to maintain a healthy body.

Exceeding the suggested amount of only one serving of Celsius per day can cause you to experience anxiety, rapid heartbeat, and increased blood pressure.

Celsius’ relatively high caffeine content can also make you more susceptible to caffeine overdose and withdrawal symptoms.

However, these negative side effects usually arise when energy drinks are excessively consumed, so if you stay within the recommended daily limit, you should be fine.

Coffee Advantages

Caffeine Content

Coffee has caffeine, which stimulates your nervous system. Studies have shown that caffeine can improve memory, concentration, and even your mood.

Improved Physical Performance

Studies have shown how caffeine can boost your metabolic rate by three to eleven percent.

In addition to this, Coffee can aid as a performance enhancer. It is shown to improve adrenaline levels and release fatty acids in your fat issues, resulting in an impressive improvement in your physical performance.

Lastly, Coffee is packed with essential nutrients. It has riboflavin, pantothenic acid, manganese, magnesium, potassium, and Niacin.

Coffee Disadvantages

Excessive drinking of coffee causes our body to lose calcium, thus drinking too much for an extended period increases the risk of having less dense and fragile bones.

Also, large amounts of coffee can cause sleep disruption, one of the most common drawbacks of drinking coffee.

Just like Celsius, the disadvantages of drinking Coffee develop only when you abuse the daily caffeine limit.

Consume coffee with the intent of enhancing your life and overall health, and not as the only source of energy.

Celsius and coffee are not in competition with each other. They cater to people with specific needs and preferences.

Moreover, also have different uses. Celsius cannot simply act as coffee, and coffee cannot act as Celsius, it would not make sense, and it would not work, in general.

I recommend drinking hot coffee in the morning so that you won’t upset your stomach, and drinking Celsius in the middle of the day if you still need more energy.

Although they both contain caffeine, Celsius is more suited to aiding your daily workouts, as it has more caffeine than coffee.

To end, always remember to consume both beverages in moderation. They also share similar side effects, so be wary of your consumption. Treat Celsius and coffee as tools to help you through your day. Till then, drink responsibly.
