The OCA Energy formulation is low in calories, sodium, and added sugar. However, in order to achieve the daily nutritional requirements, I believe it should have added a few vitamins to its recipe.

Calorie Content of OCA Energy Drink

OCA Energy includes 60 calories per serving.

Calories are the amount of energy your body requires to function effectively. It also gives us the energy we need to finish our activities quickly. As a result, you must incorporate calories into your everyday regimen.

Maintaining a daily calorie consumption between 2000 to 2500 is a healthy range while eating too many calories can contribute to weight gain and obesity.

When compared to other calorie-dense energy drinks, OCA energy drink contains only sixty calories per serving. This energy drink powder is ideal if you’re trying to cut calories or lose weight.

Sugar Content of OCA Energy

The OCA Energy Drink retains 9g of natural sugar in its formula.

Sugar is an excellent origin of energy for humans. This energy, however, isn’t permanent, and if used excessively, it may result in the following health issues:

  • Acne
  • Weight Gain / Obesity
  • Type 2 Diabetes
  • High Blood Pressure
  • Accelerate the Skin Aging Process

As a result, many specialists advise keeping your daily sugar intake to no more than 36 grams. The OCA energy drink is safe to consume because it’s made without sugar.

You’ll not experience a drop in blood sugar or an increase in blood pressure, which is especially important if you have diabetes.

Caffeine is largely present in tea and coffee, which we all consume to stay attentive and energized. It works by interfering with sleep receptors, letting the user stay awake and alert.

Green coffee and green tea equip caffeine in OCA energy drinks.

Green coffee.
Green coffee is one of the basic sources of caffeine in OCA Energy Drink.

Green Coffee

Green coffee is becoming increasingly popular among health-conscious consumers.

Green coffee has been touted as a weight-loss tool; however, there’s inadequate scientific evidence to support it.

One of the key caffeine sources in OCA Energy is green coffee.

Green tea has been praised for millennia for its health miracles. Green tea use has been shown in studies to enhance skin health, increase weight loss, and lower the risk of cardiovascular disease.

Green Tea

Green tea was used in traditional Chinese and Indian medicine to control hemorrhage and heal wounds, aid digestion, improve heart and brain health, and regulate body temperature.

Green tea has been shown in research to help with weight loss, liver illness, type 2 diabetes, Alzheimer’s disease, and other conditions.

However, if you consume more caffeine than is recommended, you may experience certain negative effects.

  • Anxiety
  • Depression
  • Headache
  • Nausea
  • Insomnia
  • Restlessness
  • Dehydration

When taken in moderation, the OCA energy drink isn’t harmful to your health.

OCA energy drink is a sugar-free energy drink powder that has only 60 calories and 120mg of caffeine. This energy drink, on the other hand, is vitamin and mineral deficient.

Flavors of OCA Energy Drink

The OCA Energy Drink comes in four different flavors:

  • Sparkling Mango
  • Sparkling Berry Acai
  • Sparkling Guava Passion Fruit
  • Sparkling Prickly Pear Lime

I’ve added a YouTube video showing more about OCA Energy Drink.

OCA Energy Drink Review.

Sparkling Mango

The OCA effervescent mango energy drink has a strong tropical flavor. The flavor is first pleasantly sweet, but with acidic and bitter elements, as well as a weird stevia flavor, quickly emerge.

So, while the flavor is wonderful, the aftertaste is not!

Sparkling Berry Acai

This flavor clearly tastes like berries, but not in a strong way. I detected a little earthy flavor in it, along with a rising tart flavor; however, this flavor isn’t my favorite.

But I encourage you to give it a shot!

Sparkling Guava Passion fruit

Guava Passion fruit is sweet, zesty, acidic, and tart with a distinct Passionfruit aroma and flavor. I detected a slight guava flavor, but it was overpowered by the overwhelming passion fruit flavor.

What I loved about this flavor was that it didn’t have a strong bitter aftertaste like some others. Even though it was sweet, it wasn’t unpleasant.

Sparkling Prickly Pear Lime

The flavor of Sparkling Prickly Pear Lime is citrus. You can sense the drink’s sweetness and citrus flavor at the same time. The zesty flavor of the OCA energy drink makes you feel refreshed.

Is OCA Energy Drink Vegan?

OCA Energy Drink is a vegan energy drink. It has entirely organic, plant-based components. The OCA energy drink is vegan because it’s supposed to be a plant-based energy drink.

Many people consider the vegan lifestyle to be a healthy one, as they avoid consuming any animal products such as milk, meat, yogurt, cheese, and so on.

Not every energy drink is vegan-friendly and contains non-plant-based ingredients.

Vegan choice.
OCA Energy Drink is indeed vegan.

Where to buy OCA Energy Drink?

OCA energy drinks can be purchased on Amazon or their own website.

According to their website, an OCA Energy drink costs around $32 for 12 packs or $2.70 per serving.

This is slightly more expensive than other standard energy drinks; nonetheless, organic energy drinks are slightly more expensive than standard energy drinks.

Best Alternative to OCA Energy Drink – REIZE

Unlike OCA Energy Drink, REIZE doesn’t contain any sugar.

Each REIZE sachet has 50mg of caffeine, which I consider to be a reasonable amount.

REIZE also contains a variety of important nutrients, including ginseng, taurine, and B vitamins, all of which work together to deliver a sustained energy boost with no crash.

You can also mix it with your favorite beverage. You can adjust the concentration of your energy drink by adding or subtracting liquid from the REIZE powder.

REIZE is available to ship to your residence for as little as $1 per drink, including the shipping cost.

I’m confident that if you try REIZE today, you’ll agree that it’s a superior option to OCA Energy Drink.
