Is Blue Rebel Bad for You?
Blue Rebel can be bad for you if you take it excessively, especially since multiple servings of 38g of sugar can quickly add up. The drink is also not recommended for diabetics or those on diets since excessive sugar can lead to weight gain, brain fog, and type 2 diabetes.

Blue Rebel Energy Drink Review
Blue Rebel contains minimal caffeine and several micronutrients and minerals which can provide a solid energy boost. However, the high sugar content makes the drink not recommended for all people. The good news is, Blue Rebel does have a sugar-free version you can try instead.
