Like other brands, too much Bang might cause adverse effects including headaches, vomiting, nausea, insomnia, heart palpitations, irritability, nervousness, stomach pains and muscle tremors. Caffeine-sensitive persons, children, teens and pregnant women are particularly at risk.

A 16 fl.oz can of Bang contains zero calories, zero protein, zero fat, zero carbs, 40mg of sodium, 300mg of caffeine, 5mg of niacin, 0.5mg of vitamin B6, 1.5mcg of vitamin B12, 27mg of vitamin C, 5mg of magnesium and 5mg of calcium. It also contains essential amino acids, Super Creatine and CoQ10.

How many Bangs can you have in a day?
The FDA recommends consuming no more than 400mg of caffeine per day. A 16 fl.oz can of Bang energy drink contains 300mg of caffeine, 75% of the recommended maximum daily caffeine intake in a single can. Drinking a second can of Bang isn’t possible without exceeding the daily limit set by the FDA.

With a wide variety of flavors to choose from, there’s a flavor of Bang to suit everyone. Not everyone agrees that the ingredients are great, but most people can find a flavor that they enjoy. I personally give Bang between 6 and 7 out of 10 for most of their flavors.

Bang vs Coffee
Bang energy drink has more than three times as much caffeine as the average coffee. Bang contains 300mg of caffeine per 16 fl.oz can, while the average coffee contains around 95mg of caffeine. Coffee contains Potassium and Calcium, while Bang contains B group vitamins that are absent from coffee.

Bang is one of the strongest energy drinks on the market due to its caffeine content. Because of this, the boost you feel from Bang is likely to last longer than from Red Bull. As for sugar content, Red Bull contains 27g per 8.4 fl.oz can while Bang is sugar-free.

As most energy drinks, Bang has its own set of side effects. While exceeding 400mg won’t result in an overdose, there are a number of undesirable side effects. This includes migraine headaches, sleeplessness, nervousness, irritability, restlessness, frequent or inability to control urination, upset stomach, rapid heartbeat, and muscle tremors.
Bang side effects can be serious if you leave yourself uninformed.
When does Bang kick in?

Lab tests however showed that Bang only contains 34.06mg caffeine, which is approximately 88.6% less than what is claimed.

Does Bang have sugar?
Bang is a sugar-free energy drink, though it does contain artificial sweeteners to mimic the classic energy drink’s sweetness. If you go through its list of ingredients, you’ll see that Bang contains sucralose and acesulfame potassium instead. This also makes it healthier than other those with sugar.

How much creatine is in Bang?
A 16-ounce can of Bang energy drink contains between 4 and 32.5mg of creatine. It’s suggested for a healthy adult to consume no more than 5g of creatine per day. A can of Bang energy drink contains insufficient creatine to cause serious harm to the body of the consumer.

Does Bang have alcohol?
If you’re looking for the quickest answer to this query, Bang doesn’t contain alcohol. It is, after all, an energy drink and not an alcoholic beverage by any means. The bulk of its energy-boosting components is from its caffeine and other non-alcoholic ingredients.
