Bai Boost Energy Drink Review: A Solid Seven Out of Ten

Bai Boost Energy Drink Review: A Solid Seven Out of Ten

Bai® beverages were introduced in Princeton, New Jersey, in 2009 and became part of the Keurig Dr. Pepper family of brands in 2016.

The Mandarin Chinese word for “pure” is bai. It can also stand for “botanical antioxidant infusions.”

Bai Boost gets a seven out of ten from me because it contains a moderate amount of caffeine as well as vitamin C, calcium, and potassium. However, I dislike the fact that this energy drink does not include any B-Vitamins in its formula. This is why I can’t give it a higher rating. It also has a low-calorie content which is always welcome.

Bai Boost Energy Drink Bai creates delicious beverages using only natural flavors and no artificial sweeteners for consumers seeking healthier alternatives to high-calorie drinks containing processed synthetic ingredients not found in nature.

Calories

Bai Boost Energy Drink includes 10 calories per serving.

Calories are the fractions of energy released by your body when food is broken down (digested and absorbed). The calorie content of food determines how much energy it can provide to your body.

The suggested daily calorie intake is determined by the following factors:

  1. Overall general health
  2. Physical activity demands
  3. Sex
  4. Weight
  5. Height
  6. Body shape

According to this study, women should consume 2,000 calories per day, while men should consume 2,500 calories per day.

However, excessive calorie consumption will eventually lead to health problems such as weight gain, fatty liver disease, certain cancers, increased blood pressure, and so on.

Bai Boost Energy Drink has a moderate calorie content, so you can drink it without worrying about consuming too many calories. It actually gave me energy, and I had room for more calories, which I appreciated.

Sugar

Bai Boost Energy includes 1g of sugar per serving.

Sugars are commonly used in the processed food industry to enhance flavor, color, bulk, and thickness.

As a result, most adults should limit their sugar intake to 25g for women and 37g for men per day, according to health authorities.

Bai Boost Energy includes a very low amount of sugar, only one gram; but having too much sugar regularly can lead to the following health complications: fat organs, heart disease, Alzheimer’s disease, and impaired appetite control, among other things.

Vitamin C

Vitamin C, also known as l-ascorbic acid, is a water-soluble vitamin that can be found naturally in some foods, supplemented, or added to others.

Vitamin C may protect against immune system deficiencies, cardiovascular disease, prenatal health concerns, eye disease, and even skin wrinkling. The tolerated upper intake level (the maximum amount you can take in a day that is unlikely to cause harm) for adults is 2000mg per day.

Caffeine

Bai Boost Energy Drink includes 110mg of caffeine derived from tea extracts.

Caffeine, also known as theine in tea, is one of three alkaloids found in tea leaves. It accounts for 35% of the total solid content of tea leaves. Caffeine is a stimulant with a bitter flavor but no odor.

Bai Boost includes 110mg of caffeine and derives it from tea extracts.

Caffeine is known to block the action of adenosine on its receptor, preventing the onset of drowsiness caused by adenosine. Caffeine stimulates certain parts of the autonomic nervous system as well.

The amount of caffeine in Bai Boost is moderate (110mg) and I can have 50mg-100mg at once. If you have high caffeine tolerance you can have one and a half Bai Boost at once to get a stronger boost

What happens after I drink Bai Boost?

After about 10 to 15 minutes of drinking one serving of Bai Boost Energy, I felt a surge of energy that lasted several hours, which is a pleasant surprise since I didn’t expect the moderately low caffeine and caloric content to give such a fast and long-acting boost.

Bai Boost Energy Drink gives you energy by using caffeine. Caffeine is well known for its ability to maintain energy levels.

Although I experienced a crash after a few hours, I suspected it was caused by the caffeine in this energy drink.

Does Bai Boost actually work?

Bai Boost works because it contains natural caffeine, sugar, and other nutrients.

When you consume a can of Bai Boost, caffeine and a few other necessary hydrated are quickly absorbed into your circulatory system.

However, you may not notice its effects right away. You must wait at least 30 minutes to 60 minutes to achieve the maximum level of an energy boost. You can complete 5 to 6 hours of work with this before it starts to drop.

Is Bai Boost healthy?

Bai Boost is healthy but remember to consume in moderation.

Bai Energy includes a very minimum amount of calories with zero sugar.

Bai creates delicious beverages using only natural flavors and no artificial sweeteners for consumers seeking healthier alternatives to high-calorie drinks containing processed synthetic ingredients not found in nature.

Is Bai Boost safe for everyone?

You cannot consume Bai Boost if you are a child, pregnant, or nursing.

Caffeine is not recommended for anyone under the age of 18 because it can interfere with their body’s development.

Caffeine can also have an effect on an unborn child’s development and can even enter the mother’s breast milk, which is why it is not recommended for pregnant or breastfeeding women.

Is it okay to drink Bai Boost every day?

It’s fine to drink Bai Boost Energy every day as long as you limit yourself to one can per day.

Because it contains the same amount of caffeine as a cup of coffee, you can drink it every day without concern.

A study found that women who drank a moderate amount of caffeine every day had a lower risk of developing heart disease.

Flavors of Bai Boost

Bai Boost is available in four delicious flavors, such as

  1. Buka Black Raspberry
  2. Cartago Pineapple Passionfruit
  3. Togo Tangerine Citrus
  4. Watamu Strawberry Watermelon

My top favorite is Cartago Pineapple Passionfruit which tastes like a perfect blend of Pineapple and Passionfruit. Though it has a slight sourness in its flavor, the flavor is so perfectly balanced that my tongue just danced in joy.

I have added a youtube video tasting different flavors of Bai Boost.

Where to buy Bai Boost and Price?

The best place to buy Bai Boost is Amazon.

However, you can also purchase it from the following online shops.

  1. Target
  2. Costco

Bai Boost costs around $38.99 per 18 fl. oz. per pack including 12 bottles.

Alternatives to Bai Boost

My favorite energy drink, as well as my other energy drink recommendations, can be detected here:

VPX

If you’re looking for a strong pre-workout beverage, VPX will not disappoint. Caution: each bottle contains 360mg of caffeine.

The immune procedure and skin benefit from electrolytes, calcium, and vitamin C. You won’t be dehydrated for long because the electrolytes in this energy drink will aid you in staying rehydrated.

It costs around $4 per bottle, which usually contains two servings.

V Energy Drink

V energy drink contains 85mg of caffeine, 29.2g of sugar, and 128 calories. I’d recommend it to anyone who regularly engages in strenuous training.

Its caffeine is derived from natural guarana, so it has fewer side effects. It also has a small number of B vitamins.

On Amazon, you can pick between the original and sugar-free versions of V for about $2 per can.

REIZE (The Best)

REIZE contains only 50mg of caffeine, but it provides a powerful energy boost that will get you through the day without the unpleasant side effects of highly caffeinated beverages.

Taurine and B vitamins are also present in this drink. REIZE is superior because it contains no sugar and only 11 calories. As a result, REIZE is fitting for a wide range of lifestyles and dietary requirements.

And I love that REIZE comes in convenient 4g sachets that I can take with me wherever I go! You can easily tuck it into your gym bag pocket or tote bag to have a refreshing drink whenever you want.

Final Verdict

Bai Boost receives a seven out of ten rating from me because it contains a moderate amount of caffeine as well as vitamin C, calcium, and potassium.

However, I dislike the fact that this energy drink lacks B-Vitamins in its formulation.

Bai Boost Energy Drink provides energy through the use of a moderate amount of caffeine. The best thing about this energy drink is that it contains electrolytes (calcium, sodium, and potassium), which will keep you hydrated in an emergency.

However, if you want to know about my fav, it is REIZE which has some exclusive key features, such as

  2. Sugar-free
  3. Tastes delicious
