Amino Energy Drink Resources

Amino Energy is a brand of powdered energy drink that comes in snazzy-looking tubs. It markets itself as having all the essentials you’d need in your daily activities.

In this blog post, I’ll be taking a look at everything Amino Energy can offer!

Amino Energy Caffeine & Ingredients

Amino Energy contains a very minimal 100 mg of caffeine that is suitable for those who are caffeine-sensitive. In comparison, the FDA has laid out a 400 mg daily intake limit and Adrenaline Shoc is well within the recommended limit. The drink also contains a good amino acid blend composed of Taurine, L-Glutamine, and L-Citrulline.

Amino Energy Drink Review

Amino is a great health-focused drink that’s primarily suited for fitness enthusiasts since it contains a decent amount of caffeine and a nice blend of amino acids for muscle growth. Moreover, it also contains ingredients for post-workout recovery. But since Amino Energy is low-caffeine, you can also drink it for other day-to-day activities.
