The plain truth is that I’d give 3D Energy an 8 out of 10. I like that it’s sugar-free and has a wide selection of flavour that doesn’t come off with a horrible aftertaste.

In this post, let me give you a brief product review on 3D Energy in terms of ingredients, its effects on the body, and whether or not it works as an energy drink.

If you’re looking for an energy drink that contains mild caffeine and is sugar-free, 3D Energy is worth considering.

For reference, a 16 fl. oz can of 3D Energy contains 200mg of caffeine, 15 calories, a 1.5g proprietary blend, B vitamins, and other energy-boosting properties.

3D Energy drink has a fizzy taste and provides an effective energy boost for your workout. The fact that it has no sugar and is low in calories in carbs is also nice since it makes the drink suitable for all kinds of lifestyles.

Read on to find out if 3D Energy is going to be worth the money you put into it!

How Much Caffeine is in 3D Energy Drink?

3D Energy is loaded with 200mg of caffeine per 16 fl. oz.

In terms of caffeine content, I actually find that it’s a lot more than I’d like to have. My personal preference is 50 to 100 mg of caffeine per beverage serving.

However, people have different preferences for caffeine and you might like to have something stronger than I do.

Regardless of how much caffeine you decide is best for you, make sure to always follow the US Food and Drug Administration (FDA)’s regulations which state you should not have more than  400mg of caffeine in a day.

Do 3D Energy Drinks have Sugar?

You can relax as 3D Energy drinks are sugar-free!

That means you can avoid a potential sugar crash altogether. However, 3D Energy drinks do rely on artificial sweeteners such as sucralose.

However, you should be more cautious with artificial sweeteners as they can be harmful to your health especially when used in food and beverage too much.

Does 3D Energy Drink Work?

Yes, 3D Energy Drink does work.

I had a can around lunch and felt the effects kick in within about 30 minutes. There was a period of about an hour after that where I think the buzz might have been a little too much. However, it started to fade and I wasn’t sure if I could still feel anything or not at around the 3-hour mark.

Since 3D has a fairly high caffeine content (200mg of caffeine per can),  I wouldn’t suggest drinking it all at once unless you have a pretty high tolerance to caffeine.

I didn’t find it hard to wind down for the night, which is why I recommend avoiding all sources of caffeine within about 6 hours of planning to sleep.

So if you’re asking if 3D Energy works, I would say yes, it does really work, perhaps a bit too much if you want to be able to think straight. Still, that’s not surprising given the fact that it contains a hefty amount of caffeine.

Is 3D Energy Good For Your Health?

In my opinion, 3D Energy isn’t bad for your health. However, like most energy drinks, it’s probably not great for your health either.

Like most energy drinks, 3D Energy has the ability to improve brain function and increase concentration, thanks to a good blend of ingredients commonly found in many energy drinks which enhance your body’s performance.

However, there are always two sides to a coin and you also have to understand that 3D Energy will only benefit you if you drink it in moderation.

It will not be good for you if you drink a lot every day. In fact, it might have the completely opposite effect.

Now, let’s look at some facts. I’ll give you an example.

Let’s say you enjoy drinking juice and you drink eight cups of juice a day instead of water.

Now, the juice is great for giving your body vitamins and it tastes great. But if you drink too much juice, it might end up becoming bad for you.

But how can that be? It tastes so good and there is proof that it can do some good for you. Well, it is, but just because it is good for you doesn’t mean that drinking it excessively will make its effects any better.

Moderation is key.

In the same way, if you drink too much 3D Energy, it can be bad for you. If you’re still not convinced, check out this study that shows how an energy drink can affect your cardiovascular system. The report analyzes the ingredients in energy drinks and discusses how excessive consumption can be bad for your health.

Where Can You Buy 3D Energy Drinks?

If you’re from the US, you can use the Store Locator on the product website to find the closest shop to buy 3D Energy.

Meanwhile, if online purchase is your preferred way of getting your energy drinks, you can place an order for them through GNC. Of course, Amazon is another option to get your 3D drinks online. If you’re from the UK, you have the option of buying 3D Energy via Predator Nutrition

Just bear in mind that if you buy your 3D Energy drinks online, you’ll have to pay for the delivery costs too. There’s probably going to be some waiting time too before your order will arrive.

But if you value the convenience of having it delivered to you over the waiting time and the extra costs involved, then this might still be a good option for you.

A 16 fl. oz can of 3D Energy generally costs around $2.

3D Energy Drink Review

Now let’s take a closer look at what 3D Energy drink is all about.

First Impression

3D Energy’s product packaging features a simple single-coloured can with black font and a black can top.

I personally like the minimalistic look of this energy drink and I think it’s really stylish.

Simple and elegant, I’m a fan.

Taste

The first thing that struck me about 3D Energy was its fizzy sensation. Afterwards, when the fizz had cleared up, I finally had my first taste of the beverage.

The flavour that I tried was grape and its sweet taste was quite apparent.

After I had swallowed that very first sip, I found that it had a little bit of a bitter aftertaste which I didn’t enjoy.

However, that unpleasant taste didn’t linger for long and I was ready for more.

I recommend drinking 3D Energy Ice Cold, straight out of the fridge if possible. All energy drinks taste better when they’re cold.

I would say that 3D Energy has a great taste with a satisfying and well-rounded flavour. Of the flavours that I’ve tried I think my current favourite is blue and my least favourite is probably green.

REIZE is also sugar-free so there’s no need to worry about sugar crashes or the risks of other health issues, like obesity or diabetes.
