How Much Caffeine Is In 3D Energy Drink?
3D Energy has 200mg of caffeine in each can.
In terms of caffeine content, I actually find that it’s a lot more than I’d like to have.
Personally, I prefer limiting myself to 50mg to 100mg of caffeine per serving. I find that the amount is just right for me.
However, different people have different preferences for caffeine and you might like to have something stronger than I do.
Regardless of how much caffeine you decide is best for you, make sure to always follow the US Food and Drug Administration (FDA)’s regulations which state you should not have more than 400mg of caffeine in a day.
Following this guideline will ensure that you are at minimal risk for health problems.
Some of the health issues you might face from having too much caffeine include:
- Sleeping problems
Therefore, it’s important to drink 3D Energy in moderation to avoid these potential health problems.
Are There Any Artificial Sugars And Sweeteners In 3D Energy?
You can relax as 3D Energy drinks are sugar-free!
That means you can avoid a potential sugar crash altogether.
However, 3D Energy drink does rely on artificial sweeteners such as sucralose.
These artificial sugars and sweeteners have their own various benefits and risks. Some of the benefits of artificial sugars over sugar are:
- You can use them to lose weight. (Since it is possible for artificial sugars to have zero calories, you can enjoy the sweetness in you food and drinks minus the calories.)
- Helps your teeth. (Artificial sugars can help to minimize decay in teeth because bacteria cannot break down the artificial sugars stuck to your teeth.)
- Good for people with diabetes. (Since artificial sugars are not recognized by the body as sugar, they don’t affect blood sugar levels.)
While there are many benefits, there are also some risks to consuming artificial sweeteners. These include:
- Our bodies cannot absorb them. (Our biological make-up was not built to process such compounds.)
However, looking at the amount of artificial sweeteners in 3D Energy, it looks fine as long as you don’t consume the drink excessively.
Does 3D Energy Drink Work?
Yes, 3D Energy Drink does work.
I had a can around lunch and felt the effects kick in within about 30 minutes. There was a period of about an hour after that where I think the buzz might have been a little too much, but from then it started to fade and I wasn’t sure if I could still feel anything or not at around the 3 hour mark.
Since 3D has a fairly high caffeine content (200mg of caffeine per can), I wouldn’t suggest drinking it all at once unless you have a pretty high tolerance to caffeine.
I didn’t find it hard to wind down for the night, which is why I recommend avoiding all sources of caffeine within about 6 hours of planning to sleep.
So if you’re asking if 3D Energy works, I would say yes, it does really work, perhaps a bit too much if you want to be able to think straight, but that’s not surprising given the fact that it contains a hefty amount of caffeine.
Is 3D Energy Good For Your Health?
In my opinion, 3D Energy isn’t bad for your health. However, like most energy drinks, it’s probably not great for your health either.
Like most energy drinks, 3D Energy has the ability to improve brain function and increase concentration, thanks to a good blend of ingredients commonly found in many energy drinks which enhance your body’s performance.
However, there are always two sides to a coin and you also have to understand that 3D Energy will only benefit you if you drink it in moderation.
It will not be good for you if you drink a lot everyday. In fact, it might have the completely opposite effect.
Now, let’s look at some facts. I’ll give you an example.
Let’s say you enjoy drinking juice and you drink eight cups of juice a day instead of water.
Now, juice is great for giving your body vitamins and it tastes great. But if you drink too much juice, it might end up becoming bad for you.
But how can that be? It tastes so good and there is proof that it can do some good for you. Well, it is, but just because it is good for you doesn’t mean that drinking it excessively will make its effects any better.
Moderation is key.
In the same way, if you drink too much 3D Energy, it can be bad for you. If you’re still not convinced, check out this study that shows how an energy drink can affect your cardiovascular system. The report analyzes the ingredients in energy drinks and discusses how excessive consumption can be bad for your health.
Where Can You Buy 3D Energy Drinks And How Much Do They Cost?
If you’re from the US, you can find which stores closest to you sell 3D Energy drinks using the Store Locator on the product website.
Meanwhile, if making your purchase online is your preferred way of getting your energy drinks, you can place an order for them through GNC. There’s a link for this on the official website too.
Of course, Amazon is another option to get your 3D drinks online.
If you’re from the UK, you have the option of buying 3D Energy via Predator Nutrition.
Just bear in mind that if you buy your 3D Energy drinks online, you’ll have to pay for the delivery costs too. There’s probably going to be some waiting time too before your order will arrive.
But if you value the convenience of having it delivered to you over the waiting time and the extra costs involved, then this might still be a good option for you.
A 16 fl.oz can of 3D Energy will generally cost around $2.
3D Energy Drink Review
Now let’s take a closer look at what 3D Energy drink is all about.
3D Energy’s product packaging features a simple single colored can with black font and a black can top.
I personally like the minimalistic look of this energy drink and I think it’s really stylish.
Simple and elegant, I’m a fan.
The first thing that struck me about 3D Energy was its fizzy sensation. Afterwards, when the fizz had cleared up, I finally had my first taste of the beverage.
The flavor that I tried was grape and its sweet taste was quite apparent.
After I had swallowed that very first sip, I found that it had a little bit of a bitter aftertaste which I didn’t enjoy.
However, that unpleasant taste didn’t linger for long and I was ready for more.
I recommend drinking 3D Energy ice cold, straight out of the fridge if possible. All energy drinks taste better when they’re cold.
I would say that 3D Energy has a great taste with a satisfying and well-rounded flavor. Of the flavors that I’ve tried I think my current favorite is blue and my least favorite is probably green.
Alternatives to 3D energy drink
If you’d like some variety, you can give these other energy drink brands a try too:

- REIZE (An excellent choice)
REIZE (10 out of 10)
I really love REIZE energy drink and I’d strongly encourage you to give it a go too.
REIZE is a delicious powdered energy drink – meaning you mix the powder blend with water and you’ve got an instant energy drink.
Each REIZE contains 50mg of caffeine, which is a sensible amount compared to 3D Energy. The caffeine works together with a smart blend of taurine, ginseng and B group vitamins to give you the perfect energy boost, without the crash.
REIZE is also sugar-free so there’s no need to worry about sugar crashes or the risks of other health issues, like obesity or diabetes.
Last but not least, REIZE is only around $1 per sachet and this includes shipping costs straight to your doorstep.
Instead of just going for another 3D Energy Drink, do something different and give REIZE a try today.
I’m sure you’ll agree that REIZE is a smarter choice and a great alternative to 3D Energy.
